The gap right now is response time. Customer messages aren't being answered fast enough, which is dragging the score down. We'll implement a daily customer message SLA so no message goes unanswered within 24 hours, and work to bring that score above 4.5 within the first 30 days.

GMV Max Is Underperforming Due to Lack of Spark Codes
GMV Max needs a healthy library of Spark Codes to optimize effectively, right now it doesn't have enough to work with. As creators post content and generate results, we'll systematically collect Spark Codes and feed them into GMV Max so the ad engine has real, high-performing organic content to amplify.

This is a compounding lever: more Spark Codes → better GMV Max performance → more revenue with the same ad spend.

Creator Communication Breakdown
TikTok Shop is a crowded inbox. Every brand is blasting the same creators with the same outreach, and most messages go ignored. Our approach is different, for any creator who isn't responding on TikTok Shop, we take the conversation off-platform. We'll reach out through Instagram DMs, email, and other channels to break through the noise. For creators already posting and driving results, we'll move fast to bring them onto retainers so Sweetums has a reliable, committed content pipeline instead of one-off posts.
Month 1: Foundation (Days 1–30)
We're starting with three Sweetums products: Flavored Fragrance, Wipes for Women, and Lucky Wipes for Men. Each one has a unique audience and strong viral potential on TikTok Shop. Rather than spreading samples across multiple listings, we'll consolidate into three hero listings so all creator content and social proof compounds in one place.
For the Wipes for Women, we'll build off top-performing sampler pack listing by adding all wipe flavor variations as options within that same listing. We'll send creators the sampler pack only, it's the lowest cost per unit and lets creators speak to all the flavors at once. Viewers will have the choice to buy the sampler pack or upgrade to a sampler pack + a 10-pack box of their preferred flavor. The same approach applies to Lucky Wipes for Men.
For Flavored Fragrance, we'll anchor to the Sweet Spot Strawberries listing, already at 20,000+ units sold, and add the remaining flavors as variations so creators can choose whichever scent they want to feature in their video. We'll also introduce a bundle listing to upsell and increase AOV, but creators will only receive a single flavor, not the bundle.
All existing listings stay live since they already carry sales history, but our outreach, samples, and ad spend will focus exclusively on these three hero listings.
